摘要:
本文分析对比了几种乳化炸药水相析晶点的测试方法,认为汪宏祥等人设计的模拟 W/O法是目前测试乳化炸药水相析晶点准确率较高的一种方法,并利用该方法和工厂常用的烧杯自然降温法对乳化炸药水相析晶点进行了测试.实验结果表明,模拟W/O法测得的析晶点误差较小,测试结果准确,测试方法简单,值得推广应用.
Abstract:
This paper analyzed and compared several test methods of emulsion explosive crystallizing point of water phase, and the simulation method of W/O designed by Wang Hongxiang et al is a method to test emulsion explosive crystallizing point of water phase in high accuracy, and by using this method and the natural plant commonly used beaker cooling on the emulsion explosive of the crystallizing point of water phase test. The experimental results show that the simulated W/O method has smaller crystallization point error, accurate test results and simple test method. It is worth popularizing.
