提高桥丝电雷管抗径向冲击的低波阻抗套管结构

摘要:  
针对战斗部大着角侵彻硬目标时,出现引信内电雷管因桥丝损伤而不发火问题,提出了提高桥丝电雷管抗径向冲击的低波阻抗套管结构.该结构是雷管外壁套上氟橡胶热缩套管并热缩,形成雷管防护套,雷管顶部引线孔用固化后轻而硬的粘结剂灌封.氟橡胶热缩套管材料具有低波阻抗特性,其与本体构成机械滤波介质界面.雷管顶部的灌封料轻而硬,可以降低雷管轴向外部压力.理论计算及试验结果表明,雷管采用低波阻抗套管结构进行防护,径向冲击致使雷管桥丝损伤程度降低,雷管抗径向冲击性能改善,引信作用可靠性提高.
Abstract:  
When the missile warhead is confronted with big angle penetrating,the detonation performance of the fuze may be failed due to the damage of the bridge wire.A low impedance casing structure was proposed to im-prove the radial impact resistance of the bridge wire detonator.The structure was the outer wall of the detonator that fitted with the viton heat shrink tubing,which formed a detonator sheath,and the detonator top wire hole was potted with a light and hard adhesive after curing.The viton heat shrink tubing material was provided with low impedance characteristics,and the body constitutes a mechanical filter media interface.The tube at the top of the detonator was light and hard which could reduce the axial external pressure of the detonator.The theoret-ical calculation and experimental results proved that the detonator protected by low impedance casing structure, the damage of bridge wire detonator by radial impact was reduced,the radial impact resistance of detonator was improved and the detonation reliability of fuze was improved.
