融合应急平台的民爆器材安管信息系统设计

摘要：  
为促进民爆器材生产、运输和使用的安全,采用安全管理信息系统与应急平台指挥系统相结合的思路,提出一种融合应急平台的民爆器材安管信息系统设计方案.讨论了系统的总体架构、功能组成和系统拓扑;分析了应急指挥子系统应具有的功能;给出了应急平台子系统的界面设计方案.管理信息系统和应急平台系统相结合的设计理念的实施,在促进民爆行业安全生产的同时,也将大大提高行业突发事件的事前、事中和事后处理能力.
Abstract：  
In order to improve the safety of civil explosives in the process of production, transportation and use, a new design solution for the safety management information system of civil explosive was proposed. New solution means that emergency platform will be embedded in the traditional safety management system. The general framework of the system, composition of functions and system network topology were discussed. Functions that the subsystem of emergency platform should have were analyzed. Design result of user interface of the emergency platform subsystem was provided. Combination of safety management information system with emergency platform can not only advance the safety situation of civil explosive enterprises, but also greatly enhance the treatment ability of such companies for the whole life circle of emergencies.
