摘要:
针对数码电子雷管的应用环境,提出了一种不含敏感火工品药剂的数码电子雷管发火装置设计.其包含一个钽金属颗粒烧结而成的多层结构核心,可在一定脉冲电压的冲击下自燃,由此产生高温高压射流来实现雷管的起爆.该发火装置具有很好的安全性和很高的发火能量输出,适合在数码电子雷管中应用.
Abstract:
According to the application environment of digital electronic detonator,a kind of electronic ignition device design without sensitive charge was proposed.The device contains a core which is sintered by tantalum metal particles and has a multilayer structure.The core can be ignited under a impulse of certain voltage,and then the jets with high temperature and pressure produced by combustion of the core would initiate the detonator.This ignition device has high security and high output energy,and is particularly suitable for the application of digital electronic detonator.
