摘要:
以典型HMX基PBX炸药为研究对象,采用圆弧巴西试验和数字散斑方法,通过预制缺陷的方式研究了不同缺陷条件下炸药裂纹的扩展过程.研究表明,不同缺陷下炸药裂纹扩展过程的差异较大,当缺陷位于加载轴向时,主裂纹完整贯穿试样中心,而当缺陷与加载方向存在夹角时,主裂纹从缺陷两端附近向加载面扩展,且不再通过试样中心.
Abstract:
The crack growth of polymer bonded explosives with different prefabricated defects were studied by improved arc Brazilian test and digital speckle correlation method,using HMX based PBX explosive as the object,and the whole strain field and displacement vector plot were obtained.Research shows that the explosive crack propagation process under different defects are quite different,and when the defect is located in axial loading,the main crack complete throughout the center of the specimen,and when the defect is at loading direction when there is an angle between the crack defects,from near the ends to the loading surface,and the main crack is no longer pass the specimen center.
