炸药装药侵彻安全性模拟实验方法研究

摘要:  
为使炸药装药侵彻安全性模拟试验环境更接近炸药装药实弹侵彻过程中的受力环境,基于"应力率等效"和"摩擦功率密度等效"原则,分别建立了压缩载荷模拟实验方法和摩擦载荷模拟实验方法.实验结果表明,模拟实验中药柱所受应力率和摩擦功率密度的量值与实弹侵彻过程中炸药装药所受量值相近,能够模拟炸药装药实弹侵彻过程中的受力环境,并利用"比较法"验证了模拟实验方法的有效性.
Abstract:  
In order to make the simulating experimental environment approach to the practical stress environment of explosive charge during the penetration, based on equivalent principle stress rate and that of friction power density, the compression load simulating experimental method and friction load simulating experimental method were established respectively. The results showed that the numerical value of stress rate and friction power density in simulating experiment are similar to that in practical penetration, therefore the simulating experiment can simulate the practical stress environment of explosive charge during the penetration. Meanwhile, the validity of simulating experiment method is verified by comparative law.
