摘要:
临近铁路既有线山体爆破施工,爆破中产生的滚石、飞石、爆破振动如果控制不好,可能造成人员伤亡、铁路设施受损、中断铁路行车等事故,山体边坡开挖平整度控制不到位,边坡修整比较困难,在以后铁路运营中易引发边坡垮塌等次生灾害。本文结合工程实例,通过控制每次爆破规模,限制单段最大起爆药量,尽量多创造临空面,控制起爆排数,加大微差起爆时间间隔等措施优化爆破方案,较好地解决了铁路既有线山体爆破对铁路行车、人员和周围设施的影响,边坡开挖平整度也完全达到设计要求。
Abstract:?
During stone loosed blast work for mountain body near existing railway,if the rolling stones,flying rock and blasting vibration are not controlled well,accident such as casualty,railway facility damage and interrupting railway opera-tion may occur.It is difficult to trim the slope if the smoothness of slope excavation is not controlled well,and secondary disaster may be caused by slope collapse in railway operation.With the engineering example,by controlling blasting scale for each time,limiting the maximum primary explosive amount for each section,making more air face,controlling initiation rows and increasing time interval for initiation,the influence of blasting mountain body for existing railway on railway opera-tion,human and surrounding facilities is well solved.And the design requirement for smoothness of slope excavation is ful-filled.The technology can also be used in other similar engineering.
