盾构区间岩石爆破处理技术

厦门地铁1号线一期土建一标工程跨越厦门市市区中心,多个区间采用盾构法施工,区间存在大量的岩石严重威胁到盾构机施工。采取何种方案将碎石块度长边尺寸小于30 cm 以下以便盾构机顺利通过是工程的重点和难点。本文以莲坂站~莲花路口站盾构区间成功施工为例进行总结,得出爆破处理盾构区间岩石施工的基本施工参数,这对指导市区盾构区间岩石处理的施工有十分重要的意义。
Abstract:?  
The first phase of Civil Construction No.1 Bid Project in Xiamen Metro Line 1 passed through the downtown are-a of Xiamen,where several metro sections were constructed by shield tunneling method.A great number of rocks in these sections would seriously threat shielding construction.It was the key point and also the difficulty to make boulders smaller than 30 cm by choosing suitable proposals so that shield tunneling goes smoothly.Based on the successful case of Lianban Station-Lianhua junction station shielding section,we yielded some basic construction parameters of rock blasting at shiel-ding sections,which were of great significance for rock treating at shielding sections in urban areas.
