Influence of Rubber-coated Rotor Pump on Sensitization Bubbles of Emulsion Explosives
摘要: 研究了包胶转子泵对乳化炸药敏化气泡的影响,结果表明,包胶转子泵在进行小直径规格乳化炸药装药时,对敏化气泡质量存在负面影响,影响小直径药卷的殉爆距离值。提出了控制敏化速度来改良敏化效果、提高殉爆距离的办法。 Abstract: The influence of rubber?coated rotor pump on sensitization bubbles of emulsion explosives was researched. It is concluded that rubber?coated rotor pump has negative effect on the quality of sensitization bubbles when charging emulsion explosive cartridges with small diameter, and affects the gap distance of small diameter cartridge. Methods to improve the sensitization effect by controlling sensitization rate, as well as increase the gap distance were put forward.
