认清和发挥社会医疗保险制度优势

摘要：  
文章认为我国选择社会医疗保险制度模式是正确的.免费医疗不符合国情,揭示了免费、公平表象后面的实质.着重分析了社会医疗保险制度模式在改革实践中展现的优势及影响优势发挥的主要原因,提出了通过深化改革进一步充分发挥制度优势的具体建议.
Abstract：?  
It is correct to take social health insurance model in China, and free medical care is not suit for the national situation. In this paper, we reveal the reality behind free and fair health care, and analyze the advantage of taking social health insurance model in the practice of system reform and the main negative obstruction on it. Meanwhile, we propose specific suggestions for the system to play full role by further intensive reform.
