膨化炸药生产线凸轮粉碎机的改进研究

摘要：  
针对膨化炸药生产中硝酸铵膨化后堆积密度小、影响膨化炸药产品的装药密度及性能等问题，对膨化硝酸铵混药前凸轮粉碎机出料状态及运转速度进行研究。围绕提高产品性能这一目的，在保证安全的前提前下对膨化硝酸铵凸轮粉碎机进行了一系列改进。改进后的凸轮粉碎机增加了混药前膨化硝酸铵的细度，有效提高了膨化炸药的产品性能。

Based on the problems of expanded ammonium nitrate explosive stacking density is small in the production of expanded explosive, which influences such as charge density and performance of the expanded explosive product, study the expanded ammonium nitrate before mix medicine the CAM crusher discharging state and operating speed.Around this goal to improve product performance, take a series of improvement under the premise of ensure safety of expanded ammonium nitrate CAM crusher. The improved CAM crusherr increased mix medicine before the fineness of expanded ammonium nitrate, effectively improve the performance of the explosive puffing products.
