乳化炸药装药机螺旋叶片数控铣削参数优化研究
Study on NC milling parameters optimization of spiral vane in emulsified explosive charger
摘要:
针对粉状乳化炸药装药机的螺旋叶片,建立数控铣削参数化模型,研究用遗传算法对参数进行了优化选择和自动拾取,并对优化结果进行了验证,优化后的加工方法提高了产品质量和效率。
Abstract:?
According to the spiral vane of powdery emulsified explosive charger,a NC milling parameterization model was established.The genetic algorithm was applied to carry out optimal selection and automatic pickup of the parameters,and the optimized results were verified.Optimized machining approach proved to be useful for improving the blade quality and productivity.
