复合油相材料对乳化炸药稳定性的影响
Influence of Composite Oil Phase Material on the Stability of Emulsion Explosives
摘要:
复合油相材料是影响乳化炸药稳定性能的重要因素。对复合油相材料中高分子乳化剂、SP -80和卵磷脂用量进行优化分析,结果表明:在复合油相材料中高分子乳化剂的质量分数为12%、SP -80的质量分数为23%、卵磷脂的质量分数为3%时,乳化炸药在高低温循环试验时电导率最低,稳定性最优;经常温储存试验验证,该配比在实际生产中有效,可推广使用。

Composite oil phase materials are the important factors to influence the stability of emulsion explosives.In this paper,optimization analysis was done on the amount of polymer emulsifier,SP -80 and phospholipid in composite oil phase material.The results showed that when the polymer emulsifier accounted for 12%,SP -80 accounted for 23%,phospholipids accounting for 3% in the composite oil phase material, minimum conductivity and optimum temperature storage stability can be obtained for emulsion explosive in high and low temperature cycling test.This ratio was effective as proved by actual production and can be used.
