摘要：  
从水相和油相流量的流量计、控制水相油相流量的流量控制阀、控制油相水相配比的配比控制装置、炮孔装药量控制装置以及其他控制装置的改造入手，改变原有乳化炸药现场混装车质量控制上存在的明显不足之处，实现乳化炸药现场混装车的自动控制，提高了生产乳胶及乳化炸药的质量和爆破效果。
Abstract：?  
The transformation of the flowmeter and the control valve for water and oil phase flow,the control devices for oil-water phase ratio and blast hole charge and other control devices has eliminated the distinct dificiencies in the quality control of on-site mixed loading car of emulsified explosive and realized its automatic control so as to improve the quality of the products of emulsion and emulsified explosive and their blasting effect.
