乳化剂含量对乳化炸药减敏程度影响的实验研究
Experimental Research on Influence of Emulsifier Content on Desensitization Degree of Emulsion Explosive

摘要:  
利用水下爆炸测试装置对乳化炸药施加动压作用,分析了乳化剂的含量对乳化炸药减敏程度的影响。实验结果表明,动压作用下乳化剂含量对乳化炸药减敏程度的影响较大,当Span-80从2%增加到3%时,乳化炸药的减敏程度显著降低,当Span.80从3%增加到4%时,减敏程度变化不是很明显,这表明在一定的范围内提高乳化剂的含量可以提高乳化炸药的减敏程度,提高乳化炸药的抗动压性能,但当乳化剂含量达到一定值后,乳化炸药的抗动压性能将基本保持不变。
Abstract:?  
Explosive emulsion was applied dynamic pressure using by underwater explosion test apparatus, influence of emulsifier content on desensitization degree was analyzed. The experimental results show that the emulsifier content has an important effect on desensitization degree under dynamic pressure. Desensitization degree of emulsion explosive will reduce obviously with emulsifier span-80 content from 2% to 3%, but desensitization degree is not obvious when span-80 content rise from 3% to 4%. This shows that improving properly emulsifier content can reduce demulsification of emulsion explosive and improve its dynamic pressure resistance ability at a certain range, but the emulsifier content is added up to a certain value, the dynamic pressure ability will keep invariant.
