米糠蜡在乳化炸药中的应用研究

摘要：  
米糠蜡是一种来源广泛的植物蜡，属于可再生资源，价格低廉。本文将米糠蜡应用于乳化炸药，考察了米糠蜡对复合油相理化指标的影响；通过高低温循环法和自然储存，考察了含米糠蜡复合油相生产的乳化炸药的稳定性。结果表明，在复合油相中加入10%-16%的米糠蜡替代炸药复合蜡，不仅能满足乳化炸药的爆炸性能和储存稳定性的要求，同时可降低炸药的生产成本。

Rice bran wax is an extensive source of plant wax, which belongs to the renewable resources and is cheap. In this paper, the rice bran wax is applied to emulsion explosive and the influence of rice bran wax on the physico-chemical properties of composite oil phase is studied. Through high-low temperature cycle method and natural storage method, the stability of emulsion explosive using composite oil containing rice bran wax is investigated. The results show that the properties and storage stability of emulsion explosive which uses 10%~16%rice bran wax instead of composite oil satisfy the requirement and it can reduce the production cost of explosive.
