乳化炸药生产过程中乳化器内热积累因素分析及防范措施的探讨
Analysis of Heat Accumulation Factor of Emulsifier in the Process of Emulsion Explosive Production and its Prevention Measures
摘要:
本文概要阐述了乳化炸药生产乳化过程中乳化器热积累对乳化炸药安全生产的重要性。通过剖析目前国内机械搅拌乳化器的结构类型,总结了乳化器内热点及热量分布情况,给出了热量衡算数学模型,分析了影响热积累的各种因素。结合前述分析,从生产应用考虑提出了防止乳化器内热积累的发生对策措施。
Abstract:?
This paper briefly elaborates the importance of the heat accumulation of emulsifier during emulsifying for the safety production of emulsion explosives. Through analyzing the structure types of the current domestic mechanical agitation emulsifier, this paper summarizes hot spot and heat distribution in emulsifier, gives the mathematical model of heat balance and analyzes the various influencing factors of heat accumulation. Combined with the analysis above, the countermeasures for preventing heat accumulation in emulsifier is put forward from the perspective of production application.
