摘要：  
本文阐述了粉状乳化炸药的关键生产工艺的现状，分析了其安全性、质量状况和节能情况，提出了粉状乳化炸药是一种安全技术先进、性能优良、节能环保、用户满意、经济效益良好的炸药品种。
Abstract：?  
In this paper, the present situation of the key production process of powder emulsion explosive is elaborated, and its safety, quality and energy saving situation are analyzed. Then the opinion that powder emulsion explosive is one of the explosives which has advanced safety technology, good performance, energy conservation and environmental protection, customer satisfactory and good economic benefits is put forward.
