摘要:
采用定向控制爆破技术拆除了一座50 m高含耐火砖内衬及钢筋混凝土烟道的砖结构烟囱.利用有限元LS-DYNA进行数值仿真,通过分离式建模,用BEAM161梁单元来模拟烟道中的钢筋,得到了倒塌过程钢筋混凝土烟道口对结构失稳和倒塌的影响规律,结果表明烟道主要在切口形成后的0~2s内发生作用.数值计算结果验证了利用结构的对称性将钢筋混凝土烟道口设计为定轴转动铰接点采用烟囱内衬与外壁同时爆破方案的可行性.爆破达到了预期效果,可供同类工程参考.
Abstract:
Directional control blasting technology was adopted to demolish a 50-meter brick chimney with firebrick lining and reinforced concrete.To be specific,finite element LS-DYNA was used to realize numerical simulation,by setting discrete model,BEAM161 unit was employed to simulate reinforced concrete in flue,then there came out the rule of the flue mouth of reinforced concrete effecting on structural instability and collapse,which showed the flue effected 0-2 s after its cut formed.By employing the symmetry property of the construction,numerical results could sufficiently testify the possibility of blasting the lining and surface part of the chimney simultaneously by setting the flue mouth as the rotating link point of fixed axis.Eventually,expected results were achieved that the cost was saved and the operation process was speeded up,which could provide experience for similar constructions.
