以生物复合油相材料制备膨化硝铵炸药的研究

摘要:  
研究了以废弃动植物油脂为主要原料制备膨化硝铵炸药专用生物复合油相的可行性。通过改进配方,可调节制备出同膨化硝铵炸药复合燃料油,具有相近的滴熔点、针入度、运动粘度的膨化硝铵炸药生物复合油。以废弃动植物油脂制备的膨化硝铵炸药生物复合油制成的膨化硝铵炸药的爆炸性能符合《WJ9026-2004膨化硝铵炸药》的要求,可作为膨化硝铵炸药理想的可燃剂。
Abstract:?  
The feasibility of preparing special bio-composite oil from waste animal and vegetable oil for expanded ammonium nitrate explosive was studied. By improving the formulation, ammonium nitrate explosive bio-composite oil that has similar drop melting point, penetration, kinematic viscosity with expanded ammonium nitrate explosive fuel oil compound can be prepared. The performance of expanded ammonium nitrate explosive prepared from the bio-composite oil can accord with requirements of "WJ9026-2004 expanded ammonium nitrate explosive", so the bio-composite oil can be used as an ideal flammable agent for expanded ammonium nitrate explosive.
